Do you use real money?
Yes. all our money bouquets are made with real pound sterling cash notes. Our money bouquets can be created with £5, £10, £20 and £50 cash notes, just let us know your preference.
How do I order a money bouquet
The easiest way to order a money bouquet is by heading over to our luxury money bouquet collection to select a bouquet you love. Decide on how much cash you want in the bouquet by choosing a finish.
Do you offer pickups for the money bouquets
Yes we do offer pickups from our London location. Drop us an email at contact@gratifygift.co.uk if you would like to arrange for pickup.
How do I choose a colour for my money bouquet
We are in the process of adding features to our site for choosing specific bouquet colours. However in the meantime if there is a particular colour you have in mind drop us an email at contact@gratifygift.co.uk to find out if the colour is available.
Where do you deliver
We ship anywhere within the U.K. via Royal mail special delivery tracked and signed for.
Where is my tracking number
A tracking number is generated once we print your shipping label, which is always done on the same day your gift is shipped out. You will receive an email notification letting you know that your gift has been shipped and the tracking number will also be provided at the same time. If you have not received a tracking number and you believe your gift should have already shipped. It is possible the shipment notification is in your junk email. However, if you drop us an email at contact@gratifygift.co.uk, we are more than happy to provide your tracking information once available.
What is your return policy?

We're sure that you'll love your order but if for any reason you aren't happy you can return your item within 14 days of the purchase date for a refund or exchange. In order for us to process a refund or exchange, goods returned must be undamaged and in perfect condition, tagged and complete with original packaging (if the gift hamper + cellophane wrapping has not been opened)

Due to the nature of the items we include in our money bouquet, we are unable to accept returns or issue refunds. In the unlikely event your money bouquet has arrived in less than perfect condition, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery so we have the opportunity to make it right for you!
